The following Old Catholic parishes, oratories and communities are officially recognized as canonical Old Catholic parishes by the Old Catholic Confederation. Only canonical parishes recognized by the Old Catholic Confederation are permitted to use the distinction "Old Catholic," which is a registered trademark of the Old Catholic Confederation, protected by U.S. federal law. Parishes, Congregations, ministries and other such jurisdictions seeking recognition and lawful permission to use the trademark, are requested to contact the Chancery at chancery@occus.org.
The Old Catholic Confederation also recognizes all of the parishes of the Episcopal Church in the United States and the worldwide Anglican Communion (that hold the orthodox faith), the parishes of the Anglican Church of North America, the parishes under the GAFCON Agreement, the parishes of Forward in Faith, the parishes of the Reformed Episcopal Church and the parishes of the Church of Nigeria North American Mission (CONNAM) to be in full Communion with the Old Catholic Church in the United States in accordance with the Bonn Agreement of 1931.
