OLD CATHOLIC CONFEDERATION

The Supreme Tribunal of the Synod of Bishops of the Old Catholic Church in the United States provides the highest Ecclesiastical Court of Appeals for all of the Dioceses and juridical subjects of the national Church. An appellate action can only take place after decisions by the local Diocesan Tribunal and the regional Metropolitan tribunal.

The Supreme Tribunal considers all judicial and ecclesiastical matters of the Old Catholic Church in the United States. The decisions of the Supreme Tribunal are final and its judgments and orders are binding.
