Governance 

The U.S. Prelature for Old-Catholics is a distinct ecclesiastical province and canonical jurisdiction of the Old Catholic Confederation under the governance of an Old-Catholic Prelate in full Communion with the Primate of the Church of the Province of West Africa of the Anglican Communion. The Vicar General is the Ordinary of the Prelature.
