Mission Statement

Old Catholic Studies is the official journal of the Old Catholic Confederation. The online journal was established in order to encourage scholarship in the field of Old Catholic theology and related disciplines. The journal welcomes submissions concerning all topics of interest related to Old Catholicism. While the journal is committed to a diversity of opinion, submissions must be scholarly in nature and avoid any instances of ideological positions. Submissions are accepted in all modern languages, and articles will appear in the original language without translation.
